I met many mechanics in my life as well as been to shops and dealerships. Hands down, the best Mercedes-Benz and BMW shops and mechanics. Thank you to the owner, Eric, for your genuine concerns and help. The price is moderate and always doable. Definitely not dealer prices. If you have you light on or just want to make sure you're good. It's $150, not bad, plus they help you more than what they have to. Great service, great people. Thank you again Eric.

Call or go see Eric, this guy cares about his customers!!! Excellent customer service from start to finish, not like other shops where they try to tell you other things are wrong with your vehicle just to make more money. I’ve came here a few times and every time they never fail me by taking care of what’s needed. Today I came in for a new battery and not only is they’re pricing fair but again the fact that they take the time to show that they care for the customer is what makes this shop Better aside from all others!!! When a business shows that they care for their customers that business will go a looong way!!! Thank you Eric and your team for everything!!

Josh gracefully handled our mini cooper. Josh diagnosed the known problems and effectively communicated the best course of action - even if that involved less profit for the mechanic/auto shop. Shop owner Eric Sweiss has the most down to earth personality. He’s as quick with a joke as he is to empathize with car owners. He recognized this difficult period for us and billed us accordingly. Although not expected, we are very thankful and grateful for the service received at Akbar’s. Exceptional service all around, 5/5
