I first came to Akin about 10 years ago and recently started returning to him for my car repairs. I got tired of paying exorbitant prices at the dealership. Akin's team has always been honest, affordable, and fast when it comes to repairs. They just fixed the air suspension struts on a Mercedes-Benz CLS 550. They were the cheapest when I called around for estimates, and they had the car done in about a day—no nonsense. When I picked up the car, they explained all the repairs and what to watch out for going forward, which I truly appreciated. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service and treating your customers the way you would treat people important to you. This auto shop provides excellent service and goes above and beyond. Thank you, guys!

Today was my first time visiting Akins, and I chose this shop because of the great reviews I read online. I’m glad I trusted those reviews because my experience here was truly excellent. The staff was incredibly honest and transparent with their pricing, and even though my car needed a battery replacement, they didn’t push any unnecessary costs on me. The service was efficient and fast, they arranged everything on the same day since I came in early. Their pricing was reasonable, with no extra costs added on not like those car dealers who just want to rip you off. The repair quality was fantastic, and I felt very well taken care of. I will definitely come back if I need any repairs in the future, and Akins will be my go-to shop from now on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable repair shop!

I have been going to this auto shop for 3+ years now for oil change and filter replacement and more. Prices are great and work done on my car in an hour or less from their great team for my typical car maintenance. Always satisfied with doing business with Akins. I like this establishment by two brothers. Always honest with their clients, good service and competitive rates. I like the honesty aspect the most and as such this review! I have been their client for past five years, I used to drive all the way from Berkeley and 40+ miles away just to get my service here. I blindly trust them. In the car business, can you find such a place? I have found one. All you need to do is give him the key. Everything will be taken care of automatically, including charging you the lowest possible amount. I did my break work with them and I’m giving him more business because of this fact. And for that reason, he is always always busy! Thanks and be well.
