The mechanics at Albert and Harold’s really know how to take care of their customers! I pulled in with an airbag situation and Adam, who was running the shop, stopped what he was doing and looked at the problem and was exceptionally polite. Then I had to run home to get the parts I had ordered, And when I came back, he again took care of me, And put the new airbag in. By the way, I had taken the new airbag and my car to two other shops and neither one of them Understood the problem! But Adam figured it out immediately! I had also lost the bolts from the old air bag, so he had some he kept in the shop, same when putting the covers back on, again using clips he had in the shop because I lost those too! This was probably the best experience I ever had had with a mechanic, And that airbag situation was a serious Headache that Adam resolved so quickly, Because he knows what he’s doing! I Always loved this mechanic shop because It hasn’t changed in years, but it’s so neat and clean at the same time. They take care of their business, so it looks nice in our little Area of Glendale! Thank you so much! I will bring my car here from now on!

Was looking for a good auto shop around the area. Found this auto shop and read good reviews. Called to make an appointment and I could tell immediately this place was good because Adam was polite and courteous over the phone. I felt good vibes. I took my 2015 Forester XT in to replace the leaking radiator. He took a look at the leaking radiator and then provided different options. Price was good for part and labor. Unfortunately there was corrosion inside of the radiator area where they had to cut out the radiator and add new bolts. There was an extra half hour of labor added. When I paid with a credit card he hadn't disclosed that there was a 4% credit card fee but since I was a first time customer he didn't charge me the credit card fee. It was my first time and I am happy. I would go back again.

I searched for several auto repair shops through Google Maps and finally decided to have my car repaired at this one. My car had an engine problem that required a part replacement. The staff patiently explained the issue, how it would be repaired, and the cost. I also had the oil and oil filter changed. I found the total cost to be reasonable. For me, the most important factors in choosing a satisfactory auto repair shop are fair pricing and reliable service, and this shop met my expectations.

My Honda Accord 2009 was overdue for a fix, which had a slew of issues. I was able to bring my car to them in which they resolved any issues that arose. If another problem popped up, I was able to bring my car back to them, which they attended to almost immediately. They were super reasonable, will shoot you updates when possible, give recommendations on what to do, and will not install cheap parts into your car like some other shops might. If you're having car issues, I highly recommend them. Adam, I can't thank you enough for fixing up my honda!

Recently I discovered this service station, and I am very happy I did as Adam was very honest, open and knowledgeable professional to fix the issue with my car at reasonable price. Adam provides excellent customer service to each of his customers which I appreciated, and going forward, I will be servicing my car in this repair shop.
