Hartford Insurance dispatched them for my MIL’s car that became disabled while she was driving. Her Suburu Forester made a noise like hitting a pothole (there was no pothole) she attempted to pull off Santa Fe Rd and fortunately was able to before the steering locked up. My sister in law came to the spot to pick up my FIL for his medical appt. I came and waited with my MIL for the tow. Shortly after I arrived she got notified of the towing 60-100 mins. We then called Alec and Lonnie towing and they say less than 60. Approx 40 mins later Lonnie came. Super nice guy. He went the extra mile to assess the situation and he became angry when he realized that the A Arm bolt was missing especially after she just had the car serviced. The A arm had jammed into the wheel well. Lonnie took video and shared with me. He then jacked up the car to put the arm back and used a temporary hitch pin to get the wheel to turn straight so he could bring the car to the dealer where they had done a shoddy repair job. He was gracious and kind and showed urgency in his anger. I believe he went above and beyond in a situation that could have been far worse than it was. He truly came to the rescue. This company is great! I had 2 other tow companies come out and say they couldn’t get to my car and wouldn’t even try. Alec & Lonnie’s Towing had it on their truck in less than 15 minutes! He was by far the most knowledgeable at what he does. I wish my warranty had called them first!!

Alec & Lonnie Towing were dispatched by State Farm to transport my vehicle to a collision center. Lonnie contacted me to confirm and go over details of the transport. He sent pictures and kept me updated the entire time. This kept me at ease as I was at work and was unable to be there at the time of transportation. Definitely recommend their towing service.

Lonnie was very helpful today. I have never been stranded in a rental y'all. Truly debilitating. But Lonnie was expedient and professional and made sure we made it all the way to our replacement car and helped us move our things. I will not be dealing with thrifty rental cars ever again but should I find myself stranded in Central Cali I will definitely b reaching out. Many thanks, God Bless.
