Good morning…Not sure about that other review BUT I am a loyal customer of Alfaro Motors for many years. Anthony is a very personable man who ALWAYS explains to me what repairs are needed, why they are needed and what the cost will be. His staff is always respectful and courteous as well as diligent in servicing me. I just had my vehicle checked and repaired this morning. I thought my Mercedes had Major electrical issues but Anthony explained to me it was only the battery (which he gave to me at cost). I have been a customer for years and would not trust my vehicle repairs to anyone else, Period!! Please please please, if you need a honest repair facility for Bodywork, Insurance repairs or mechanical issues, go directly to see Anthony. I personally recommend this facility.

I have been having my car serviced by Alfaro Motors for several years now. I continue to return to Alfaro because their automotive expertise, as well as their customer service has always been EXEMPLARY! Anthony & his Team continue to be fair and compassionate in meeting customers' needs. I will continue to use Alfaro Motors in the future and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality automotive services!

I am so elated I came across this business. My car needed a paint job so bad and I was skeptical because it's hard to find businesses that do satisfactory job at a reasonable amount. I was recommended by a family friend and I couldn't be more pleased. They paid attention to my concerns they were detail oriented, they kept me posted throughout they were also very cost efficient and they got the job done really quickly. I am so happy I would recommend a million times.

I had a terrible experience with Alfaro Motors, and I feel compelled to warn others about their business practices. It began when my insurance called a tow truck from Quality Automotive to take my car to my chosen mechanic. When the tow truck driver arrived, he convinced me to bring my vehicle to Alfaro Motors instead, promising they could fix it in just one day. I agreed, but things quickly took a bad turn. I arrived at Alfaro Motors on Monday and waited in the shop for over four hours, understanding that diagnosing a completely dead car could take time. They said it would be ready by Tuesday, so I left. However, not only was my car not fixed, but Anthony, the owner, started messaging me inappropriately. He asked me out to lunch and dinner, even after I made it clear that I was not interested and do not date married men. He also sent unsolicited, clothed photos of himself, which I found highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. By Thursday, my car still wasn’t fixed. They claimed the issue was with the starter motor, but after replacing it, the car still wasn’t working. They kept giving me the runaround, and it was only after my husband intervened that we discovered they had misdiagnosed the problem. When we said we were coming to pick up the car, Anthony demanded a diagnostic fee, even though they hadn’t identified the real problem. To add to the sketchiness, he claimed their credit card machine was down, forcing us to pay in cash. I recorded the transaction for my own peace of mind. Alfaro Motors took advantage of me and overcharge us without fixing the car. I was shocked at how unprofessional the owner was especially with the inappropriate messages and poor service. I even conducted research on the New York State Department of State Division of Corporations website, where I found that both Alfaro Motors and Quality Automotive are registered to either Anthony Alfaro or a family member, Christina Alfaro, which contradicts Anthony’s claim that they are not associated. I have attached the records as proof of this connection. Due to the deceptive and unethical practices I encountered, I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), local consumer protection office, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the New York State Attorney General to report this issue. I strongly caution anyone considering using this shop to stay away, especially women and individuals who may be less knowledgeable about cars, as they seem to target vulnerable customers and operate unethically. If Anthony denies any of these claims, I am prepared to post the messages, with his phone number visible, to support my experience.

As a female I know nothing about cars. But I do know after taking it several places I still had issues with it. However I came across Alfaro Motors and I don’t usually leave reviews. But I can’t believe my car got fixed and done right the first time! It’s been 5 months and I have no problem at all. I felt even more compelled to use their service after they offer their lifetime warranty and use original parts on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend My car was towed and my insurance company recommended this place, and I won’t even lie I was so scared and prepared for the worst after reading some of those reviews. I had to come back here to say my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional!!!!! I wish I could leave 10 stars. From the moment my car was dropped off to the minute I picked it up they updated me every step of the way! Not to mention how much I saved working with them versus going where I would normally go. I can confidently say this business will now be my go to business for any car troubles.
