I had a very positive experience at AV Auto Service. They promptly serviced my vehicle, just prior to a long road trip, and made sure that necessary maintenance and repairs were completed prior to my trip. The owner Shane & his team have serviced several different kind of cars, belonging to our family, perfectly. Having been in the car business myself for over 30 years I'm extremely picky when it comes to choosing an automobile repair shop. The service writer Austin is a great communicator, humble and pleasant to say the least. Prices are very fair and the service is top-notch. The shop could not be more highly recommended by us.

I have had Aliso Viejo auto service work on several things for our 2006 Prius and had them replace brake pads on my 2019 Ford F150 truck. They have done a very good job at reasonable costs.

I've been taking the family cars to AV Auto Service for over 20 years now, from the Corolla to the V8 Camaro, and everything inbetween, with good reason! Shane and his crew do great work at a fair price. I have never once had them recommend something that didn't need to be done, and more than once they have told me that some work I thought might be due was actually not needed! That is a sign that they value long term customer relationships and treat their customers with integrity. They will tell me if some service item should be done NOW, or if it can wait until next time, which I appreciate. Work is nearly always done when promised, except for rare occasions when a part is unavailable or something. If you are looking for an independent shop that is run by folks with integrity who care about their customers, this is the place. Just keep in mind that you're working with a small business, not a massive corporate service center. :)
