came in today because my clips fell from my license plate. As I didn't want to drive around without license plates, I stop at all axes to check how much it would be for them to replace it within that day. I weighed it patiently for the manager to be done with another customer. As I was next, in line, he ignored me completely took on the other guy that he knew I approached them and asked them a simple question to see if it was able to be fix by today as it was only just some clips he says. Can't you see me talking to somebody else? I told him I understand but I was next in. Line, he replied, you weren't waiting long and he giggled and continued to talk to his friend. The guy that had just approached after I was waiting online.I told him I was next in line and all I need.Ed was a simple question as I was in my lunch, and I will needed to make sure if I needed to leave the car or not. He replied, oh, you need to go to autozone. You need clips for those. I said I understand that's why I'm here for you guys to fix it. He said, I can't fix it. I reply, so you're telling me that you cannot fix the clips from my license plates. Then he replied, oh, you would probably wait forever. Since I have to order the part I understand that part. I replied, that was not the question. He continued to be in brute and disrespectful, so I decided to walk away. This is the second time that I get this treatment by this shop.We'll never return again

Great job performed on my truck, got it back to stock height from a lowered kit and put new shocks and struts and now it drives really smooth. I highly recommend this place for all your suspension needs, they handle everything very professional and with the best price. Thanks a lot guys.

OK, these guys are great guys to begin with! Very nice and respectful! They fixed my red chevy cruz for me in a few hours! Changed the turbo charger out at an AMAZING price!!!!! My car is running perfectly and I am truly grateful 🙏 for Albert and Hiemi (sorry if I spelt ur name wrong) now my car is safe to drive 🚗 around for me and my kids! I will recommend this mechanic shop to everyone I know!!! Best shop and prices in town! Melony

Jaime and Albert are one of the most incompetent people I have yet to meet to this day. Jaime couldn’t tell the difference between a SRA and an IRS. Albert has the worst customer service i have yet to meet after dealing with other alignment and “suspension shops”. After multiple tries they couldn’t get my car aligned right. Turns out they don’t do lowered cars… If your car is lowered take them to Blackstone Tire they will get you right. This shop fails to ask if your car is lowered and fails to offer great customer service/ satisfaction. Customer BEWARE!!! Save yourself the hassle and stress.

Awesome service! I had a bad door lock and my driver's door wouldn't close on my truck. Albert looked at it, and fixed it within 5 minutes, and then refused to take my money. (I imagine he did that because by the time it took to diagnose the problem, it was easy for him to fix it without more work.) He should have charged me, but didn't. This is where I'm bringing my car from now on, and I recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Albert. That's a great way to earn a customer's trust.
