I suggest you be careful with these folks. My daughter went in for some work and they included a list of items that needed to be done, including replacing the air filter. I had her decline and I did it for her. Couple weeks later she was in for some different work and they had a whole new list of needed repairs, including replacing the air filter (photo). I checked because I couldn’t believe it and you can see from the photos the air filter is the one I put in, new and clean. NOT the picture they gave her. Wonder how many other “needed repairs” are faked?! Disappointing. They seem busy enough they shouldn’t have to do this type of thing. FOLLOW UP I was contacted by the owner promptly this morning and he explained the situation and I do believe this was an honest mistake. Transparently, I may have reacted too quickly as I was protecting by baby girl. The owner’s explanation appeared honest and sincere and I believe the mistake was unintentional. I appreciate his quick and respectful response to my rating.

I am SO thankful for Alex at this establishment...let me tell you what! He was my knight in shining armor that so graciously filled up my FLAT tire this morning, bright and early at 8:00. I had been to 4 gas stations and a tire shop and nobody's air machines were working. I drove all the way to work with my incredibly flat tire and thankfully All Auto is very nearby my job. I called and explained my situation and Alex came out and helped me in minutes! I think I may be changing mechanic shops in the future, truly. Thank you again Alex! :)

If you enjoy being overcharged and deceived with a smile, All Auto Services is the place for you. They kill you with kindness and charm upfront, only to stab you in the back with outrageous pricing. I was quoted over $2,000 for a repair, so I did some research and found that the parts would cost less than $400. To make sure I wasn’t missing something, I consulted a good friend who is a mechanic (the only reason I didn’t go to him is because he’s over two hours away). He confirmed that the job would take about 2-3 hours of labor, leaving me completely perplexed as to where the other $1,600 in the quote was coming from. When I asked for justification, I got vague answers and the runaround—no explanation or breakdown of costs. Instead, I was simply told that if I didn’t like the quote, I could pick up my car anytime. It’s clear All Auto Services thrives on taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, keeping their doors open by overcharging ‘suckers’ and maintaining a waitlist. If you want to feel betrayed while they smile in your face, this is your place. Otherwise, steer clear.

These guys were very awesome. It is always scary going to a new auto shop, but these guys make the experience a good one. They fixed my AC for me, and it was cheaper than I anticipated, and the work was great. Shout out to Bryce and Alex at the counter. I need to get my driver side window fixed, and I now know where I am going for this. I highly recommend them. 10/10.

Had a good first experience here right before Thanksgiving. The brakes on my truck had gone soft after almost hitting some deer a few weeks ago and I kept forgetting to get it looked at and wanted it fixed ASAP with winter weather coming. They got in me in first thing Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, and had my truck diagnosed within an hour and repaired by noon same day. I appreciated the detailed quote and diagnosis as well. Price was reasonable for the amount of work and parts that went into the repair (rear calipers, rotors and pads + install), and it appears they used quality parts -- I replaced the front calipers about a year ago and noticed they used the same calipers on the rear.
