They messed up my car!!!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!! They stripped my drain plug for oil changes. I was always getting my oil change done here. But today, I came to Valvoline and Valvoline explained that the last person who did my oil change messed up my drain plug. Valvoline actually had to go from the top just to get my oil. Please be aware of this if you decide to do an oil change. Because now my car is all messed up and I'm so angry that nobody ever said anything to me!! They just let me drive like that knowing they messed it up.... 😠😠😠

My car was messed up by them to get more money out of me my started Everytime I try it, I checked my car on a rauglar and it started Everytime but when I sent my car to them two days later they call me and said it wouldn't start, and I would need$600 to start and then they will check for what I asked for. I only asked for a service transmission fluid.you don't have to start it for that. I told them before they took it, that it starts right up. But once they got the car they started there plan to Rob me. I wouldn't trust them if I was you. Please stop the robbery, we all know that most mechanic are out to Rob you . Please do not trust them please do not trust me.

We found this place yesterday later in the day (we had been running around all day trying to find a place to do our breaks). We wasted so much time at another place who incorrectly quoted us then had us waiting 3 hours for nothing. Thank God we found all car auto repair! They were really friendly and honest. They were able to get us in and finish the job before closing, in less time than originally thought. They were super thorough and diligent. Our breaks are working perfect now! They gave us a warranty and explained the work they did, and even showed us the details and previous damage. Thank you to everyone who helped us here in the front and working on our car, we really appreciate yall & we'll be back here in the future for sure. Thanks again!

These guys have the best prices and are super nice helpful but most important they are honest. I’ll be returning for future car issues for sure

Very friendly customer service. Got an oil change and when it was ready I asked if all the fluids were topped off. Was told I should have asked before they started but they did go back and top it off. On my way home my oil light came on. Guess they didn't reset it. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
