Good service. Jack a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, giving good advice which helps us a lot. We fixed our car here after lightly bump a car at the parking lot. I am glad we came here. The color is matching great. We put a new fender, new bumper and new headlight at the car. I am glad to have my car back.

No one wants to have to take their car to a body shop, but when I picked up my Tesla, I practically told the team I would be back again! That's just how positive I felt about the experience. Respect from the beginning, details all along, and perfect results. By the way, while they will repair most cars, they told me they do about 90% Teslas, so if that's what you've got (and if you do, you know your options are limited), you will be in good hands.

I brought my car to this shop expecting an honest assessment of damage following a rear end accident. Instead, I was presented with inflated and misleading estimates that seemed aimed at having my car declared a total loss for their financial gain. Their estimate for repairs exceeded $18,000—suspiciously close to the car’s total value. However, two other independent body shops have since confirmed that the repairs could be completed for around $9,00, a difference of OVER 50%! The shop also falsely claimed to had spoken to my insurance company, stating they informed them the car was a total loss. This was untrue—my insurance provider confirmed multiple times that no such call or declaration occurred nor would they ever do this. Adding to the TERRIBLE experience, the shop failed to return my custom hubcaps. I only recovered them after contacting the shop myself when I noticed they were missing after I had the car towed to a new shop to do the work. For these reasons, I strongly discourage anyone from using this business. Their inflated estimates and deceptive practices reflect a lack of integrity, honesty and an intentional effort to rip off customers and their insurance providers.

Eric and his team were amazing!!! They did a great job not only on the repair but with their level of customer service. Eric was very communicative during the entire repair and made me feel really comfortable with everything going on. This is the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I got two of my damaged driver side doors replaced here and the repair was IMPECCABLE! Paint was blended flawlessly it overall was a superb job. I will be coming here for almost all of my cosmetic Tesla service needs.

Where do I even begin?! Karo is god sent. He is the most honest, sincere and caring business man that I have ever met. Not only was he willing to work with me on my budget, but I also received my car back quicker than promised. He under promised and over delivered. Not to mention my car looks AMAZING. I am soooo happy I came here. I will be referring everyone and their mother who needs work done to this wonderful place. God forbid, should this happen again, but if it does, I will be coming back again. Never going anywhere else. ~Aida
