I recently had my side-view mirror repaired at All County Collision, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient, making the entire process seamless. They gave me a clear and reasonable quote upfront and explained exactly what the repair would involve. Within a few hours, the broken mirror was completely fixed, perfectly matching the original, and they even cleaned up the area around it to ensure it looked brand new. The customer service was top-notch—friendly staff who genuinely care about the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto repair needs. I was introduced to Tom the owner by my mechanic after a Dump truck hit my Genesis G70. I was quite impressed with my first interaction with the All County Team. Jeanette and Jenn assisted with the filing of the claim with the insurance company and Norberto their Shop Manager was instrumental with all aspects of the repair and dealing with the insurance adjuster. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of body repair or painting. They were extremely professional in all my dealings with them and completed my repairs on time in full. It is refreshing to find a business that is honest, has integrity and takes pride in their work.

It's been a while since my last accident, so I was dreading having to get my car fixed. I was initially going to work with an in-network repair shop provided by my insurance company, but my wife and father-in-law insisted I try All County Collision instead. Pros: All County Collision was honest and super transparent about what repairs my car needed. Also they dealt directly with my insurance company, so I didn't have to deal with the back and forth myself. Aside from transparency, they're really great at their craft; my car looked and felt brand new! Picking up my car felt like I was driving it straight out of a showroom, literally. I attached Before & After photos of my car as proof! They're also quick with turnaround and very communicative. It took them a short 3-4 weeks to repair my car and they were responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process! No matter how often I called for updates, Jen and her team were happy to answer all my questions. Cons: My lease is set to end in a month, but my car looks so good that I'm torn about trading it in! Overall, great work by All County Collision. I can honestly say that they're THE PLACE for car repairs. Their customer service and skills are unmatched, easily a 10/10 in my book. Highly recommend!
