They charged me storage for the day my truck arrived even though that area is closed at 4:00pm and my truck got towed there after 6:00pm. How can you charge storage for a day when I couldn't retrieve my truck because of the yard being closed before my truck arrived? When I picked up my truck the following day (as soon as they were open) I was charged a $25 storage fee when my truck wasn't even there for 14hrs and it would have only been there for 20min had they been open at the time my truck was brought in. They would only accept cash (obviously to cheat on their taxes) which is probably something that should have been mentioned when I called either on the day it was towed or the following morning when I called for to ask how much it would cost to pick it up. It's a big scam and what they do should be considered illegal. They are working with the city of longbeach both to take advantage of people whom are already in a compromising situation. Shame on you.

Shady business operations. Will try to extort you and claim they “only take cash for any towing out of Long Beach.” This is absolutely not true and is my assumption that they say this to avoid taxes and keep a lot of their transactions off the books. Additionally, their lot is only open until 3:30 pm. They can tow 24 hours a day but I can’t pick up my car past 3:30 pm? Interesting. Another way to rack up charges. Do yourself a favor and don’t have your vehicle towed here. And don’t fall for the cash only!!

I unfortunately needed a tow yesterday. I had the most pleasant driver ever. His name is Lamont. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous & so very pleasant. I highly recommend this company, they will take the stress out of your problem .they are a no nonsense company. I also spoke to the dispatcher Anthony, wo was ever so honest.

I gotta give this place five stars! Lamont, at the front desk, was a lifesaver & helped us navigate our vehicle safely. The brakes gave out on our van when we started to leave, and he made sure that we got it parked safely for the tow truck! Very thankful that he was there. Thank you! 🙏 Now, nobody ever wants to get their car towed, but if it does get towed.. this is the place! Thank you Lamont!!!

My husband just picked up his car from this hell hole where it had been stuck for over 2 weeks. He immediately realized that somebody had rolled down the passenger side window - and LEFT it down the entire time, apparently. It was left open long for mold to form, not to mention the seat being soaked thru and thru, as well as all of our belongings which had been sitting on it. When he mentioned this, he was immediately and irately told that if he made a "big deal about it" he would not be able to take his car home that day because it would force them to open an investigation to look into the matter which isn't something we could afford to do considering we'd already been without a vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. On top of this, just as another example of how little professionalism was on display, there was a vape pen missing and when we went to pay they basically forced us to tip them because apparently, they make it a habit to not make change for anyone because they expect you to always have the exact amount if you are paying in cash for some reason. Just an overall terrible experience, they really seem to not care about the vehicles in their care at all (overhead another customer frantically asking for help because nobody was able to find her car after she'd already been to another location and was now being told that it wasn't here, either? SMH) and really just seem to treat their customers with very little respect or concern for the entire ordeal that they are already undergoing, having their cars towed etc. If you have ANY choice in the matter, I recommend that you DO NOT go with these guys.
