Took my car in to have it serviced. I thought it was going to be in the shop not knowing if the car would get fixed or not. I appreciate Roger fixing it the very same day. Great customer service. Went into have my windshield replaced on my jeep, when I picked it up it whistled as I drive. Clearly not sealed properly. The owner told me that “Jeeps make sounds bc the top comes off”. I know Jeeps & this is NOT the reason it’s whistling. He said “What if I replace it & you’re still not happy?” It’s not about me being happy, it’s about YOU doing the job correctly. Utter BS. Got my money back & took it somewhere else. Guess what, no whistling bc it’s sealed properly. The owner also talked down to me bc I’m a woman, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had to replace my 2 lower control arms and I had the parts already but needed someone who knew how to do it. Roger was able to take in the car on the spot and had it all done in less than 3 hours. The labor was half of what the dealer was charging! Great guy, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ll be bringing my business back to him.
