All-Pro Muffler & Brake

Today was my first time at All-Pro and it was a really positive experience. I had some issues with my muffler dragging along with other scrapping and he squeezed me in on a Saturday which was awesome to do. He gave me a recommendation to get a new muffler at some point but wasn't pushy or trying to sell it and I appreciated that. My car has been really loud with the exhaust and they fixed it so well that it's so much quieter and i love it ! i will defintely go back to them. customer service was 10/10! thank you guys at all-pro!

I have been going to them for close to 20 years for all my exhaust work and never have been disappointed by the workmanship. Once again, I needed some work done, and it turns out I needed less than I expected, so the price was much less than quoted. I appreciate the honesty! Thank you Keith!

I originally came to have my rear wheel hubs fixed and they told me it was my rear brakes and struts or shocks had it done came and got my car of course they called me by the end of day closing, so on my home I noticed my rear brakes right side was making a noise that it did even before I brought my to them and rubbing when in reverse so next open day I brought it bake and they acted like I was bothering them so they took my car back and supposedly fixed the problem that took them nearly an hour to do afterwards I took my car for an ride and it sounded worse then before. So I will not be loosing almost 6hundred dollars for my car to be still making sounds that was not happening before I brought it to them I feel they messed something up on my and is not taking accountability for what they did will be going to it inspected again to find out what y’all wrong this is not over !!

Brand new, less than 30 mile O2 quit working after getting a brand new complete exhaust put on only a day after leaving the shop. Only logical explanation anyone has come up with is the tech must have welded the bung onto the pipe with the O2 threaded it. Not to mention, they didn't even put the O2 where I told them I wanted it. Called and stated the issue and the only thing I was told was "Get it to me and we'll swap it out." Didn't offer to tow it or or provide any type of transportation to get it there. I wasn't going to pay for a 100$ tow and I wasn't going to drive the car with a blatantly messed up O2 on it which had a high potential of messing everything else up. Had to buy new O2 sensor (94$) and had to redo it myself. I couldn't even unthread it easily. It was so hard to unthread I would compare it to an O2 that was been rusted for 20 years! In the end I was able to put the sensor where I wanted it. Minimum he could have at least offered to pay for a new O2 sensor. Only giving 2 stars because the techs routing and bends were at least decent.
