Can’t say enough about Ronnie’s professionalism, service, transparency and no bullcrap approach to handling business. It’s a family run business and you can tell, their focus is more on the longevity of their customer relationship as opposed to only transactional. I’m local to Farmingdale and I’ll absolutely give them my business in the future.

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for the past 10 years minor windows repair and two small incidents on my truck . Ronnie is a stand up good guy always willing to share info and work with you on your vehicle . Somebody recently slammed on there brake s do to construction on SS . My truck needed a new fender and grill . I picked out an insert for the grill which will take a little more work and effort on there part . But instead of him telling me ill need to choose another grill he said they would install the one i liked . I really cant say enough about this guy . Hes been just terrific on many levels . BTW my wife is an insurance agent and she said All Star is a preferred auto body shop . Which means they stand behind there work and if an insurance company is recommending you use them thats something to be said about there work, ethics and costumer relationships

Went to get estimate on my truck and BOY OH BOY they were the highest above 7 different auto body shops I visited. They give u the whole speech of how they do their work and what crazy hours it takes and it seems like they are reinventing BREAD! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND OTHER SHOPS GIVE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THEIR WORK AND PAINT. These guys think they are the best! Do your homework people, REALLY do your homework

Called just to see if I could get an appointment, I was stuck on the side of the road. The online website said that they were open real late. Guy real rude answers the phone saying” what do you want?!!”. It’s just kills me when a business can’t give good customer service. 1 star from me.
