I took my car to All Tech Auto for some work, and I’m beyond disappointed with their service. Not only did they fail to properly address the issue, but they actually used a zip tie to hold my fuel pump connector in place! This is not only unprofessional but dangerous. A fuel system is a critical part of any vehicle, and using a zip tie to fix something that should be done with proper parts and care is unacceptable. When I paid for a service, I expected the work to be done properly, not with a temporary and careless fix. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop unless you want shoddy, unsafe repairs done to your car. I’ll never return to this place and will make sure others know about the terrible experience I had.

How this business has less than a five-star rating, I will never understand. I was visiting Omaha on my way to Chicago when I started experiencing significant car trouble (to the point it became dangerous to drive, especially considering the recent shift in winter weather). TROY: Is the godfather. I called and spoke to him (the owner), over the phone and he was not only able to give multiple quotes for possible repairs, he and his team also fixed my car that same-day. Troy was professional, kind, and genuine—something that brought me a lot of relief and that I really appreciated. He genuinely enjoys his staff and even gave me a list of recommendations for restaurants and things for my boyfriend and me to do next time I’m in town. KIMBERLY: Is a saint. When I came in, Kimberly not only made me feel like a guest in her home (literally) during my time in the waiting room but she genuinely conversed with me between handling clients and even offered to drive me to a place I could buy myself some lunch since, I was so frazzled with figuring out the car issue, I hadn’t even eaten yet. I asked how long she had been with All Tech and she sang praises about how wonderful it was to work for Troy and his wife. That’s a really awesome thing to hear from an employee, especially one working at a local business; if you know, you know (and I definitely know). ALEX: Goodness, where to start. Alex is my hero (and he was my boyfriend’s hero that day, as he was stressed about having to go to work while I was having all of this work done to my car). Alex made sure that my car was not only safe to drive but was kind, lighthearted, hilarious; it is obvious that he genuinely enjoys mechanical work and working at All Tech. He was finished wayyyy before the estimate, as well. I wanted to tip him but was unable to (IF YOU WANT TO ADD EXTRA, ASK THEM HOW/IF YOU CAN BEFORE PAYING)! They did lots of other things, too, but detailing all of the wonderful things from my brief, hours-long experience could fill a novel. I live states away and I will still NEVER take my car to another place if I am within safe driving distance to this location. On the drive back, my boyfriend took their cards and said he was going to start recommending All Tech to all of his friends and coworkers.

Bought tires from another company and in the pics you can see what they did to my lug bolt, beauty ring and rear hub,, found out all tech sells tires afterwards. Thanks for agreeing to fix the other companies mistake, my next set of tires will be purchased at All Tech

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this shop and all I needed was a simple oil change. I had a 1030am appointment and around 1215pm I called the shop and was told they hadn't even touched my car yet because they were busy so I had to quick find a ride to work. Around 415pm they called that my car was finally ready, but upon arrival I found out it wasn't true. They even tried to give me someone else's car but I insisted that the keys he was giving me were not mine. The man went into the parking lot to test the remote and says yes there's your car right there but it was not mine. He then proceeds to tell me, well I guess you get a free set of brakes today because we accidentally did your car instead of that other one but that it'd be ready in just a moment. At first I thought he was joking but said fine that we could leave it as long as they'd actually changed the oil which is what I had requested. The man left me waiting outside over a half hour more without explaining so I went back inside to inquire what was going on (it was now 515pm at this point). I was told that they went back and removed the brakes and put my old parts back on but that it'd be ready shortly. We all make mistakes and I'm not exempt from that but are you serious? I myself am a business owner and at a minimum I would have written off the charge for the oil change after all the weirdness that went on plus the 7 hour wait. He could have asked me whether I simply wanted to pay to keep the new set of brakes - I know there are no free lunches but he is the one who said they'd be free, not me. What a joke to let me go outside and wait while he plays on his phone instead of doing his job. My car was covered in greasy hand marks and there were oil splashes under the hood (had to check because now I didn't trust them). I got home and was looking over the details sheet and see that they gave me the information for another customer which even has their personal information on it!!!! Obviously I'm going to shred this immediately and will never be back to this shop again. 7 hours for a messy car and a possible oil change - not again! So sad, because I was hoping to use a local shop... back to my old shop...sigh.

Took my 2018 Dodge Challenger in to have my Transmission flushed and my Radiator flushed. I'll never go back to the dealership. Tony was the master mechanic who worked on my car and he was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They saved me over $300 from what the dealership had quoted and my car has never shifted smoother. I recommend them to everyone I know.
