I have bought tires here, and I have had them do routine maintenance on my vehicles, but after my most recent experience, I'll never let them touch one of my vehicles ever again! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here Thursday afternoon to have the wheels balanced and rotated, and I asked them to check the alignment. I had to leave the vehicle with them overnight because I was told they needed more time to correct the alignment. On Friday afternoon, they called me and said your vehicle is all set. I picked it up, and by the time I got it back to my house, I could hear something clunking around in the front end, and my steering wheel was not straight at all. I jacked up the front end to investigate and realized the lower control arm was loose. I called them and they said we are very sorry please bring it back. I had to leave the vehicle overnight again. Saturday afternoon, they called and said we have tried to fix the alignment literally twelve times and had three different techs look at it, and we can't figure out how to fix it. They suggested taking it to a collision shop to make sure the frame wasn't bent, which didn't make any sense to me. As I drove home this time, the steering wheel was not straight at all, and a light came on saying to service the electronic stability control. See attached pics. Monday morning, I dropped my vehicle off at a different shop and explained what had happened. They found that the lower control arms on both sides had been moved to the outer most position, and we're not properly torqued. They corrected this and aligned everything properly. The frame was not bent, and luckily, no parts were damaged. The vehicle now drives straight down the road again with no issues. It cost me $224 to fix what Alltire screwed up. Save yourself the headache and take your car to someone that knows what they are doing.

Told me I needed almost $3,000 of work done. I brought it to Paul‘s Automotive on South commerce Road and was told I didn’t need any of the work done. I drove it two years after that and even went to Tennessee and back right after I went to Paul’s automotive. I didn’t have to get anything done and it was fine. So it didn’t need any of that work. They also wouldn’t rotate my tires because they said there was too much dried mud in the well. I think it’s just because I was on the free rotation program because I bought the $200 oil change Lifetime plan of the car. I was surprised to see all the reviews of seeing how honest they are.

Great experience! While traveling in this area, my warning light came on alerting me to a possible issue with my brakes. I called on a Saturday morning and Julie had me on the hoist within the hour. Then a few more minutes to diagnose the problem, recommend and price repairs.

I'd like to add my recommendation to the long list of satisfied customers of All Tire. They are knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable. My experience was for repairing an issue on a 50 year old British car - not always a simple thing to do. The problem was accurately diagnosed and dealt with in a short amount of time at a reasonable cost. I won't hesitate to go back next time I need help.
