Ryan (Allen Motors LLC) was recommended to me by a transmission shop in Greenville when my car was giving me trouble going into gear. He answered my call on the first try, listened patiently as I explained my situation and location, and gave me an expected ETA and cost. He even gave me a heads up text when he was 10 minutes away, which was greatly appreciated. He showed up right when he said he would and got to work safely loading my car up on his rollback. Pricing was fair and he went above and beyond by sending me a text (with picture included) of my car safely off-loaded at the transmission shop (since my schedule did not allow for me to ride with him to the shop). From start to finish, this was probably my best experience ever with a towing company! I highly recommend Ryan Allen and he will be the only person I call if I ever need towing services again in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
