This is probably the best tire shop I've ever been to. 10/10 customer service, brought in my car to install new tires before (and even to patch a puncture) and they were very helpful. Jesse and Chris helped me out quickly and resolved my issue. Definitely would come back here

I had called ahead since I needed 2 new tires. Mauro was super nice and convinced me over the phone. They only had 1 of the tires in stock but went out of their way to pick up at another location. Jesse gave me a great deal so I appreciate it. My overall experience was great once I was there in person. Mauro even taught me a couple things about my tires at the end. I will be coming back :)!

I think it was Gabriel who helped me. He showed me two different options for tire purchase. Answered all my questions. He was very courteous and friendly as was the other gentleman in the office. When the work was done, I left my phone in the office and didn't notice until later that evening. One can never be too sure if you'll ever see lost items these days and I was a little anxious. I returned the next morning, grateful and happy when they presented me with my phone, my book, and sunglasses that I had left there the previous day. Allen Tire in Costa Mesa is my go to place for all things tires. Thanks guys!

This goes out to everyone in the area: I had a nail in my tire (rental car) and first had to look where I was going. I found Allen Tire based on the Google reviews. Went there and got an appointment on the same day (it was a Saturday and quite busy) When asked whether cash or card, the answer was: "it's free, just tip the guys". However, after realizing it was a sports car (more elaborate because of speeds, not because the car is expensive), it was no longer free - which is not a problem for me at all. Upon completion, the bill was torn up and simply said "just tip the guys" I, as a tourist, had worries and concerns about how it would turn out - you took away my fears!!! Guys, you're the best - I've never experienced anything like this in the world. Greetings from Germany (and not Russia, lol)

SCAM!!! Do NOT go here unless you want them to steal your money. I purchased 2 tires here for $1600, yes $800+ per tire. I’m not disputing the cost even though it’s outrageous. No, the tires were not gold plated, just massive mark up. They were only able to install one tire. They were not able to get the other tire off due to a wheel lock, which they stripped the key trying to take off incorrectly. I then went to purchase another wheel key on my own dime, again they stripped that too and still were not able to take the 2nd tire off. At that point I just said refund me for the 2nd tire as I had already spent over 1 month and 4 trips to their location. Manager (Jesse) said he had to submit it to corporate and would take 2 weeks (funny how the charge only took 5 seconds). So I’ve been dealing with corporate (Monro Auto Service) for over 2 months to get my $800+ refund. I’ve called them 4x, each time they acknowledge the refund due, but state they need a manager approval and would get back to me. Same story each time. So no refund and lots of wasted time. I’ve filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as their charge and refund practices are illegal and super slim shady. FYI, don’t pay for all tires up front, only pay for what they install that day. So if you want to play russian roulette with your hard earned cash, take your chances. Otherwise find another tire place that isn’t shifty and dishonest.
