Allen Tires is the best! Honest, trustworthy and confident in the job that they do! The whole team is so friendly and very helpful. They do not price gouge or give you false information about what your car needs and that is so refreshing in a day like this where so many take advantage of customers. We are so grateful that we found them after our old tire/repair guy retired. They have our business for life!

Wow! What can I say, they damaged my car. What was supposed to be just a oil change turned into a nightmare!!! My car went in perfectly fine, nothing big!! Within 15 mts my car started throwing all the oil, my car started getting hot and fuming, the dude said it was the housing oil filter, once i get my mechanic to do all the test I will see if I can sue this place, I chose this place because of the groupon, but cheap isnt always the best way to go, lesson learned. $150 for a tow truck because my car isnt movable plus the part they damaged....shady place.

We stopped here in the middle of the work day. One of our tires was damaged and Allen Tires had our size in stock. Unfortunately for us, we needed to get this done fast as we were finishing up a job. These guys got it done in 40 minutes, 2 Tires! It saved the work day and we were able to get home safe. Thank you guys!

To make a long story short. This happened a month or so ago, and we are taking actions now that we are reviewing documents. Read this before doing business with this shady places We arrived at the shop 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday to get a back tire patched. The front desk manager, Carl, argued we were 10 minutes before closing and refused service, which was frustrating since we arrived exactly 30 min before closing. And since a patch would only take 15 minutes. Which exactly took 15 minutes. Thanks Carl for your obvious lack of help. The worst part is that a good friend of ours suggested this place. My girlfriend drives a Porsche Panamera and paid over $3800 for new tires earlier this year. Within six months, the front tires, especially the right one, were completely worn out unevenly. Despite purchasing a warranty, we were told it covered nothing, not even a patch. They refused to provide printouts but refunded the alignment they admitted never occurred due to the balding 6 month old front tires. Carl was unhelpful and combative during the whole unfolding of the situation. After nearly two weeks, we spoke to one of the main managers, who offered two new front tires for over $1000, ( “ best they can do “ ) leaving my girlfriend devastated after spending almost $6000 at this point. I wrote a yelp review, but unfortunately forgot to add one major key component. We came here initially to save money from going to the dealership. After speaking to the dealers, they discovered Allen Tire actually caused another major issue with one of the control arms to the right tire- causing us to spend an additional $2000 to fix at the dealer. The dealership told us they without a doubt damaged the control arm, and more or less it’s what led to the tires wearing out. They damaged it, but said nothing… buying tires from the dealership would’ve been much cheaper, especially since they wouldn’t have destroyed components to the cars wheel. A total of more than $8000 was spent, It could be more I will have to review the receipts. This place completely scammed us, completely robbed us and did not give us any warm welcoming nor was there any form of customer satisfaction whatsoever in their approach at all. We have exhausted ourselves. Please read this before you give them your business.

We're on vacation with a car rental we picked up yesterday. Went to go sightseeing and found a screw in our tire. Brought it here and the fellow at reception said "pull it up front and I'll take a look". He managed to pull it out, check for leak and confirm it was safe to go on our way. Kindly said no charge have a great trip! Thank you Allen Tire!!
