I was running on a spare Expressed to them my frustration with 5 other tire shops. The other people would make measurements on the object that was puncturing my tire. Never explain or took it apart the tire for a detail assessment. Allen’s Tire was thorough and provided helpful information. I recommend the team and would come back again.

I’ve brought my car here several times. They always take me right away and are more than happy to tend to all of my tire needs. They are really fast and do an excellent job. It’s definitely a great value for the work that they do. Worth the money and would always recommend. They are so friendly in there and it’s a pleasant experience

Update: I called after the response from Allen to contact them. I called yesterday (10/23/2024). I was on the phone for about an hour, and I had to hang up to go back to work. I called back today 5 times the first four times, and there was a recording that said they are busy and will call me back no option to hold. I am currently on my 5th call. There was no "call back" and have been holding for over 30 minutes. I have filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and if the issue isnt resolved today, I am going to file a claim in small claims court. Something tells me I am not the only one they have done this to. I spoke with someone yesterday. I mentioned i was told to call in, and she brushed it off and asked me a few questions. I purchased a Groupon for a $31.99 oil change under what's included it says "*5 quarts of Valvoline Synthetic Blend, High Mileage Synthetic Blend, and Full Synthetic oil". Under "**What's Not Included In your Oil Change**" Additional quarts (over 5 quarts) Premium or Canister filters are available for purchase at time of service for an additional fee $5 disposal fee or shop supply fees (where applicable) Sales tax is not included and may be collected at time of service. **note there is no exclusion for oil used** I called prior to purchasing the Groupon, and I confirmed with the man on the phone(recorded line) that the oil my car needed would be covered. I read what was covered to him, and based on what I said, it said he took it and said I could get my oil change with no additional charges. I purchased my Groupon and went to the shop. When I got there, I was told that the oil my car needed was not covered even after I showed them it was listed under what is covered. They pretty much said too bad, so sad, and charged me for an upgraded oil. (they didn't have Synthetic blend and only had High Mileage Synthetic blend, and Synthetic). I am sharing an image of the Groupon terms where it says what is covered and what is excluded and images of my invoice detailing the charges and oil used to show it was listed under the covered services, along with what I paid to show I paid after I was told my Groupon covered the oil change I needed. I am aware that I need a new tire as noted in the invoice, but who in the right mind would buy a tire from a shop actively ripping them off and not honoring their stated online pricing? I may be a woman, but that doesn't mean they can look at me and try to take the few dollars I have in my account. DO NOT GO HERE they do not honor their deals and will pressure you into purchasing what you need because they know Groupon is non-refundable and you will take the loss either way and they will have the money earned from the unused Groupon without doing any work, no loss to them. I did not get a reduced price and paid the same as I would have paid without a deal. I was also quoted a 20-minute wait and was there for an hour and a half.

Great experience! Service was super quick. I took in a truck to get the rear tires changed out and I waited 40 minutes. I also went on a weekday in the morning.
