Recommending Allen Tire to all my friends and family. I recently had a flat tire and walked in, and the manager kindly walked me through in a very timely manner. The management has everything under control, and their service was outstanding. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning. I went in for a wheel alignment and it was done quickly and professionally and the staff was friendly. Waiting area had several chairs and a TV to pass what little time I was there. I highly recommend this fountain valley location of Allen Tires.

Before shopping get a quote from Alan tires they're the best management has everything under control. Manager will help you out like they did with me very satisfied and will be returning and sending friends and family over.

Allen tires here in Fountain Valley has friendly staff willing to offer help and assist with any tire repair needs. Their website is informative and shows an estimated price for the service. I chose this place for the competitive prices and high satisfaction reviews.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I recently had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, only to be met with unprofessional behavior and dishonest tactics from the manager, Rapi Lefaoseu. First, when I presented my printed Groupon, the manager refused to accept it and insisted on seeing the deal on my phone app instead. He claimed it was "corporate policy" not to accept paper Groupons due to fraud. While it's not uncommon for businesses to prefer digital proof over paper for things like Groupon deals, the way this was handled — with suspicion of fraud — clearly wasn't the right approach. Customer service should focus on solving issues, not making customers feel uncomfortable or suspicious. Suspecting a new customer of fraud because they have a paper coupon was incredibly rude and uncalled for. Next, the manager tried to upsell me four new tires, claiming that mine were severely worn out with "cracks." I had just inspected and tested my tires tread depth a few days earlier, and they were in perfectly fine condition with moderate tread life remaining. After asking to see the tires for myself, I found that his claims were completely false. Knowing his tactics, I declined the upsell. To make matters worse, when I requested the tire rotation that was part of my Groupon deal, the manager refused, citing "safety liability" and claiming he didn't want to be "liable" for rotating my "bad tires" in the event "if something bad were to happen" on the road — despite the fact that my tires were perfectly fine. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive, and it’s clear that the manager was more interested in having me buy additional and unnecessary tires than actually honoring the Groupon deal. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I felt deceived and disrespected. The manager's behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly, a scam. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to stay away. There are plenty of other honest and trustworthy auto shops out there — do yourself a favor and avoid Allen Tire Company in Fountain Valley at all costs!
