Allen Tire Company

I feel like this location changed ownership or management and is radically less dependable. Scheduled an appointment and when I got there I was told no one would be in until 1 hour after they opened. Previously I dropped in and was told I needed an appointment. When I logged in online I saw the entire morning was open for appointments, but the person working the desk told me to go online.

My husband and I have both brought our vehicles to this Allen Tire and are very satisfied with their service. My husband needed a tire rotation and alignment and was promptly taken care of without an appointment. Today, I noticed a pronounced hissing from one of tires due to having driven over a blade so immediately took my Rav4 to Allen Tire. Again, without an appointment, my vehicle was readily taken in and seen to. I knew I also needed my suspension taken care of and Allen Tire managed to take care of all my concerns within 1 day. Their communication was fantastic and they patiently explained the issues that they would address as well as the condition of the rest of the vehicle. I didn’t feel at all pressured to make any financial decisions or purchases. I would highly recommend Allen Tire.

In April, I bought four new tires from the Fullerton Allen Tire location. I have been their customer for 25+ years. Three months later the tire pressure indicator light went on. The Fullerton store installed four new tire pressure sensors on July 30. The sensors failed three months later. The store manager explained that his sensor reader was broken. He could not resolve the issue until the reader was repaired. A week later, he did not have a working device and told me there was nothing he could do. He did not offer to call another store or assist me. He dismissed me and said he could do nothing. I will not return to the Fullerton store again. Fortunately, the Anaheim store fixed the problem without hesitation.

I had a tire blowout on me on my Honda Odyssey the day before. I used AAA to tow my vehicle to Allen Tire the next morning after scheduling an appointment online. Once the car arrived and they looked it over they gave me a call about tire size ect. They recommended a tire but that was too pricey for me, so I told them I wanted the iron man tire off the website. They informed me they would have to order it and that it would be there later today. I was ok with that. I picked up car end of day 👍 car is great. I would recommend them.

I recently took my car to Allen Tire Company for a brake change. Upon inspection, the mechanic honestly informed me that my brakes were still in good condition and didn't need replacing. I was very impressed with their integrity and that they weren't trying to sell me unnecessary service. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Allen Tire Company for their honesty and excellent service!
