A friend recommended Ramiro after I was struggling to find a good and reasonably priced auto repair shop. It was best recommendation I have ever received. Ramiro is friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and provides outstanding service at a fair price. Ramiro is thoughtful and common-sense driven. The work he did on my car allowed easy replacement of spark plugs, so Ramiro took initiative to replace the plugs and just charged me for the plugs. I can’t imagine going anywhere else from now on. Thank you.

Ramiro (owner) is the epitome of the honest mechanic. If cars didn’t break down this wouldn’t be important. Thankfully I found this shop and have never needed to look elsewhere. He didn't call me back on my Alfa Romeo, and never wants to work on my Porsche, so why am I giving Romero a 5 star review ? Because he's a good guy and I'm guessing just didn't know how to break the news to me that he didn't want his shop to work on these cars. He has personally helped me with my motorcycle in the past, and if this is a review about quality of work, I can say they've never done me wrong (when they do decide to take on the job of working on one of my cars that is).

I have been a customer of Alliance Auto Care for more than 20 years, since when the workshop was in Hermosa Bch. l used to pass by to go to my work, I honked and waited for them to answer me with a goodbye, which always happened. I remember that the car I have until today, a 1999 Toyota Camry, it was thanks to Oscar who found it and took care of it when it was necessary. Ramiro is his team became our friends, they are the best. I would like to see them more often, but it is their fault for doing such a perfect service that I don't need to go back lol. Games aside, I promise to take a very tasty cake for the coffee of my dear friend and his team.
