I just had these shadiest call to a business I've ever had. Completely unwilling to discuss any sort of pricing structure. Even if I could tell them I wanted a brand new part installed. Even after explaining it's a 2 or 3-hour drive and I would like some information before doing this. They still stuck to their guns. Not even an hourly shop rate, an estimate or anything. So yeah, very shady not knowing what you're about to spend and then them probably being legally allowed to hold your stuff until you pay for it. I understand you can't always guarantee an exact price, I run a service business myself. But to have no sort of idea of what the customer is going to be charged is insane. Good luck with your business model. I'm going to learn how to do electric scooter repair myself it seems like. Off to YouTube.

Way to expensive charged me 250$ on a rear motor I didn't need the overall price was 530$ for a repair. Headlight not working.. the lady who worked there had no idea what she was talking about she had no knowledge about the repairmono's. She would not give me my scooter unless it was paid for. Ridiculous. I had to dispute these outrageous charges with my bank charged me a labor fee per item you guys did and then a service fee on top of that money grabby mofo's.

1. INSANELY EXPENSIVE💲💵 2. WASTE OF TIME⌛⏱️ 3. YOU CAN'T CALL AND ASK (they dont answer any questions over the phone so they force you to come, then they scam you with their insane prices)! 4. MOST PEOPLE ACCEPT THEIR SCAM PRICES BECAUSE HOW FAR THEY ARE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I called them asking if they have the right size of my scooter tire because they're so FAR! and I don't wanna travel for nothing.. They kept saying NO INFO OVER THE PHONE!!! You have to come in person.!😮‍💨😒😑 So I traveled ✈️ there to get a tire that normally cost ($4-$10) without the tube. They said they have it but 🚫 it'll be a final sale?? Like who's gonna return a tire after using it come-on now 🤕?? That's not the issue.. They said it will cost me $150 😳😰 to get that ($4-$10) tire installed??? Without the tube!! Tire installing is $75 are you kidding me 😭 My car tire won't cost that much!! 😑😑 THEY REALLY FORCE YOU TO TRAVEL ALL THE WAY THERE & MOST PEOPLE ACCEPT THEIR SCAM PRICES BECAUSE HOW FAR THEY ARE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS.

Terrible company to do busoness with. Placed an order for a scooter on 12/14 and 9 days later it still hasn't shipped and there has been no communication from the company. Reporting it to my credit card as fraud on the morning. Steer clear of this company. Edit to answer response: Didn't call at all. Actually in the hustle of everything thought it had been delivered only to realize today it wasn't. When looking at my order the only way to track it was through an app called Shop, which was another pain in the butt because now I had to register for another app. Once I got that set up I saw it hadn't even been shipped yet. From an order 9 days ago. That's insane. To make matters worse we're only a few hours from you. Tried to inquire about my order using chat on the website but it just took my email and said someone would be in touch.

I had given this company a call to replace tires on my ninebot scooter. The initial price I was given was 250 without tires and 160 if I brought my own tires. The day I finally take my scooter than man tells me they are no longer taking tires etc from outside sources rather then their equipment. I told the man that I just talked to someone and that was not what I was told. He stated it was a new policy they were enforcing. To me it was just a money grab to charge customers more money. I then told him that I was told a price and he said that price was wrong as well that u would need to pay 125 per each tire that needed to be replaced and they wouldn’t be able to put the tires on that I brought it that I need to get tires through them, the tires were 60 dollars plus a peace. That confirmed everything I needed to know. I then told the man in the store I would find someplace else he replied it was going to be hard. Please don’t take your buisness to this place they will trip to charge you crazy high fees! TAKE YOUR REPAIRS TO THE BIKE SHOP AT WOODARD!! They have reasonable prices and repair just as good if not better than this company!
