I had a wonderful experience with Alternative Automotive! I went in requesting an oil change and front and rear brake pad change. Jeff, the service manager, was extremely helpful getting me in same day and called me to notify me that my current brake pads had plenty of longevity left! He easily could’ve just completed the services I requested but his honestly was greatly appreciated and a huge cost savings for me! Communication was excellent and I highly recommend alternative automotive.

Wow! These guys were nothing short of amazing. Jeff, Daniel and the rest of the crew took very good care of me and my ride. I came in with a 2015 Chevy suburban that was leaking liquid from somewhere and was also shaking (misfiring) a lot. Within minutes of walking in the car was in the bay getting looked at and they identified the key issues. Turns out my truck had never had a tune up since factory spark plugs were still installed and 1 of the coils was faulty. They also found and replaced a seal that was leaking transmission fluid. Not only did they identify the problems quickly, they were also kind enough to deal with my extended warranty provider and Managed to save me over 300$. And if that wasn't enough, they kindly applied a veterans discount at time of payment. The communication was top notch from start to finish, fast friendly and efficient work and fantastic customer service to top it all off. I highly recommend bringing your car here to get services. 10/10.

We have been using this shop for years for our two personal vehicles and three company vehicles. Jeff is fantastic to work with and always gets me in when I need it. This shop does a good job with repairs, they do not try to sell you on things that aren't necessary, and they are competitively priced. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs.

I can't tell you how comforting it is to have found a local, trustworthy and reliable service provider. It's always scary as a woman to go in blindly seeking mechanical services. From the moment I first spoke with Steve, he was helpful, knowledgeable and I immediately trusted him. Then when I went in and worked with Jeff he too was the same. The shop was meticulous, the service excellent and most of all my Lexus 200NX is now riding safely and smoothly thanks to the new brakes and work that was done at Alternative Automotive. It was also a fraction of the cost of what the dealer would have charged. I'm very pleased with the service and the work. A high recommend for sure!
