My recent experience with this company was far from impressive. I took my car in for a clutch replacement, and they managed to botch the installation right from the start. The car sounded shaky, and it became clear that the quality of work depends entirely on which mechanic happens to work on your vehicle. I had to bring my car back multiple times after the initial clutch change. The first time, they discovered they hadn’t even tightened all the bolts, yet still assured me everything was fine. Predictably, a week later, my clutch failed, and they blamed the brand of the clutch, ignoring their shoddy installation. So, I ended up buying a higher performance clutch and paying for labor twice. After the second installation, the clutch worked better, but they somehow managed to mess up my wheel alignment in the process. When I asked them to fix it, they flat out refused and didn't even offer reimbursement for the damage they caused. Sure, maybe I bought a cheap part initially, but that doesn’t excuse their poor installation and the fact that I had to repeatedly tell them something was wrong. And let’s not forget the additional mess they made with my wheel alignment. I wouldn't recommend this place for newer cars; if you have an older car that needs work, maybe consider them. Additionally, they do not test drive your car after completing their work. This means you may end up being your own diagnostic technician, checking for any issues after they have worked on your vehicle. For instance, when I initially took my car in to have the clutch changed, I was told it was ready without a test drive. Had they driven it, they would have noticed the severe shaking, prompting them to double-check their work. Instead, I had to return to the shop to address the problem. While I did pay for labor twice, which I accept because it involved redoing the job, what I find unacceptable is the high cost compared to the quality of work. After the second clutch change, they claimed the car felt great following a test drive. Initially, I was pleased, but once I drove on a straight road, I realized the steering wheel alignment was off. Returning to the shop, I was informed they had messed up the alignment during the transmission work and couldn’t fix it. In total, I spent around $1500 on labor and $450 on clutch kits. While I acknowledge some responsibility, the shop also bears significant fault. Furthermore, they responded to my review by mentioning my name, which they later deleted. Fortunately, I took a screenshot of their response. On the positive side, my car is now working, thanks to another shop where I had to pay out of pocket to fix the wheel alignment. Overall, my experience with this shop was disappointing due to their lack of thoroughness and communication. Be prepared for potential additional costs and ensure you thoroughly check their work before leaving the premises. 👌🏾 That’s my full review now

Excellent prices and service, would definitely go there again. Very pleasant receptionist. Prices quoted were prices paid. Less than 400.00 for break pads both rotors cabin filter and engine filter change. Could nit best that anywhere I had checked before finding Alvarez and Brother. You will not be disappointed. But know he is in his shop now no longer mobile.

Stopped by because of some problems with my car that other shops could not figure out walked around the block a couple times and they diagnosed and fixed the problem and my car is running like it was made to thanks Alvarez Auto I highly recommend this shop for anyone who ask... definitely come back for any problems that come to any of my vehicles...

They are the best in auto repair the guys find out the problem fast fix it fast and they are by far cheaper than the dealers firestone or any other shop. I was new to the shop and they took care of me like I’ve been there before they didn’t take advantage of me being a new customer to them or that I’m a woman. Super happy with the repairs made Alvarez even explained to me what the problem was and that made me more comfortable to have chosen his shop. His employees are very nice and they are clean when they work they didn’t dirty my car at all. Oh and they were working on my BMW 328i just to let you guys know it wasn’t no little Honda Civic. Alvarez also told me the other things I should keep in mind that needed some attention to prevent future problems. By far the best!

Great work they replaced my water pump got referred by a great friend to check this place out no regrets very nice people and well done job for a great price will definitely be back around when needed thx
