Always Towing & Collision LLC

My husband and I have 4 vehicles on Turo. Unfortunately one of our vehicles was in an accident without our knowledge. The vehicle was towed by Always Towing & Collision LLC. We had no experience working with them but after this, they will be the only towing and auto repair shop we use. From the first phone call I made to them, frantic at 4:30am trying to locate my vehicle, Tia and the team have been nothing but stellar. They helped us work with Turo to get reimbursement, calling the Turo customer service specialist themselves and advocating on our behalf. They kept us updated each time we called and allowed us graciously to stop by to check on the car. They did numerous safety tests when the sensors on our car were failing. They did a wheel alignment. They cleaned the car inside and outside before giving it back to us. This place is truly the best. I cannot speak highly enough of Tia, Stacy, and all the mechanics that had a hand in repairing our car. While I hope to never have to bring another vehicle in (lol) I am assured that next time we have an amazing company to work with. You all are the best!

Service at Always Towing & Collision is impeccable Tia always kept me informed and updated on my repairs and parts. Now that repairs are done it looks brand new. The pictures speak for itself. I will definitely be returning for future services.

My car got hit in queens and a guy passing by introduced us to always towing and collision. I was a bit reluctant not knowing the process because this is my first car accident where someone hit my car and drove off. I must say the secretary was very welcoming,answered all my million calls and questions and she kept me updated. They made the process seemless. I must also give a big thank you to Hassane my car was looking brand new and was clean as a whistle. I highly recommend.

THIS BUSINESS IS THE FASTEST TOWING COMPANY I EVER HAD …. THEY ALSO TOWED MY CAR FREE OF CHARGE TO THERE OWN COLLISION CENTER , WHERE THEY DID A MAGNIFICENT PAINT JOB.

I was in town for a fun weekend when i was rear ended from the back! The car was damaged and I panicked because it was a rental. I was referred to this company and was told that they could tow my car to their shop! This guy saved the day!!! They were all professional and very prompt with time!! I mean when the dispatch told me 30-45 min, the guy came in 20! He was nice, not nasty like most tow truck men and very helpful! Once my car got to the shop, it was looked at and he told me not to worry he could handle it. It didn’t take long at all and the guy kept me up to date on everything. He made it seem as though I was priority but there were other cars there being worked on. I loved it and not to mention the price was very affordable!! My weekend turned into a little longer stay but i still enjoyed myself. When i turned the car back in they didn’t even notice a thing was wrong!! Lol i was 100% satisfied! I referred them to all my family and friends!! And even told them they need to come to atlanta lol.
