I will definitely be back! Shop was clean, staff was friendly and prices were posted. I like the fact that we were quoted a price over the phone, after the work was done. Our price was what it quote what it was quoted they didn’t try to tack on any additional fees additional items they found that had to be replaced or repaired price is what they said it would be. They’ve definitely earned my business.

From Mitch at the front desk who answers the phones gives out appraisals and to whom directed was Ken one mechanic who took me back to my place after I dropped off my Lexus, outstanding service all around. Whole lot of integrity at the shop honesty family run business my first experience however highly recommended for all in the Anaheim Hills Yorba Linda and extended areas throughout thank you gentlemen! Mitch and his team treat everyone like family! They have a quick response time and do great work on just about any car! My family and I have been working the Dan & Mitch for about 2 years now. My sister brought her car over this summer in search for a new mechanic and they were able to help her with her 2018 Hyundai Tucson to replacing her AC unit. If you’re looking for an honest person of integrity who is not going to sell you on sober gong you don’t need then Ambassador Automotive is the place to go! I was told I needed new struts for $1900 by another mechanic and in getting a second opinion Mitch told me that was not necessary that my struts were still ok. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic. I highly recommend you bring your car to Mitch.
