I had gone in for an alignment, and I requested a quote for new shocks and struts. I was quoted for about 2k on a whole new kit. I told them I'll wait on that and do the alignment until after i had installed new struts in the front myself (I do not spend 2k willy nilly like that). They told me I could go ahead and do a new alignment now because the old struts will not affect it. So I had them do it. A few months go by, and my new tires are balding on the inner edge. I went back in, and they told me I needed a new suspension kit and "that's why they quoted me on it months ago accordingto the computer." They re-did the alignment at full price and tried talking me into a new suspension kit because my current suspension is messing up my alignment. Of course, I never did. I just wanted to see how far they go in lying about the quote. Soon after the 2nd alignment, I realized that my wheel hub assembly went out. This is what caused my wheel alignment issue. The point is that they wanted to charge me 2k for a new suspension, and my alignment would have still been off because of a $136 issue that actually caused the alignment problem. If you guys knew of it during your inspection, then you guys are dirty. If you did not know, then you need better mechanics. Either way, I will not be returning to this place ever again.

Great place! Been coming here for the past 4 years for misc things. Guys are friendly and I never feel like they’re trying to add extra charges because I’m a female. I had a problem with my alignment recently, Jessie was very nice and professional, took care of us.

Scam Shop. If your not mechanical savvy. They will try and get you for unnecessary repairs. I immediately went and picked up my vehicle after they called me with the assessment. what they wanted to replace parts I had just literally replaced without even a few thousand miles on them. I called out there BS and immediately picked up my vehicle because I knew from there on they were not an honest shop. I will post a nother shops inspection report next week. We will compare your inspection vs there's. I hope the bolt your tech didn't tighten down correctly was the only problem. I have over 40 million hits on this form. I definitely let the community know if you did me wrong. If you are to be correct. I will publicly apologize and retract my post
