My friend and I went in for a coolant flush. They never did the job. Another guy was rolling up a larger reddish hose which should have been used. We left with the same garbage we drove in with. Cost 108 bucks to get screwed. Went to my favorite mechanic and he showed us their work was never flushed and filled. Alex put in a bad water pump flushed the system out and put all fresh stuff in. Never again will I trust THOSE people ever. You owe me 108 bucks. The end

I only go here when I’m in town from college, but this place is hands down the best for oil changes and other minor car maintenance. They charge a fair price and don’t try to rip you off and upsell. They also don’t make things more difficult for female customers, as a lot of places tend to do.

My husband just took his vehicle here on a week when we have a very low budget, expecting the normal $25, maybe up to $40 simple oil change. He just got home and told me they charged him $75 which is very inconvenient for our budgeted bills. They put a certain oil in that was far more expensive than usual, and mind you it’s a 2012 ford focus and our junk car that we just needed the bare minimum for. They didn’t ask or let him know, they just charged it. And not being a calm person in these situations, he thought it best to just leave. Actually, the only thing my husband said is “what happened to the $25 oil change?” Where as the man says “Uhh we never had that” AS THEY ARE STANDING UNDER THE ‘$25’ SIGN
