America's Auto Body

I worked at a body shop as a painter and did paint correction when I was younger. I've had a car repaired by another shop TWICE and both times the work was subpar. I then found America's Auto Body. I visited the shop and met with Art to see if they could fix the car correctly. Art has been extremely professional. He explained why the repair was incorrect and what needs to be happen to fix it. He informed me that the insurance most likely will total the car as it would be too expensive to repair it. He spoke to the insurance and to the original shop. He also spoke to me multiple times and knew he will not be compensated for the time as the car would be totaled. When I visited the shop the work area was extremely clean, and everything look very professional. If I need any body work in the future I would not hesitate to bring my car here. My only regret is that I did not know about this shop before letting the other shop work on it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this outstanding shop. The shop will work for you and not for the insurance company.

Art and his team did a fantastic job repairing my daughter's car. They were transparent about both the costs and the timeline, and completed the repair in just one day by planning accordingly, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, they detailed both the interior and exterior before we picked it up, so the car looked incredible! Thank you!!

the team did great work on my Audi's body damage, worked with my Audi Dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estates) to get the mechanicals repaired and sensors checked, and Jerry communicated well throughout the whole process. While I hate that I got into a collision with a deer that required a visit to a body shop, I'm glad I chose this one! You should too!

I brought my 2017 Mercedes GLC300 here after a driver rear ended me. From calling the shop to make an appointment til the completed repair, I had a very good experience. Wendy was always so pleasant and kind, and I cannot say enough good things about Art ,who was the person that handled my repair. He let me know it would take some time because the insurance company of the driver was not and easy one to deal with, (which I had already experienced when talking with them). Best Quality repair work in the area. Outstanding people; helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They were recommended by another person, and also by Barrington auto dealer "Motor Weeks". Now see no reason to go anywhere else for any future automotive body work.

I couldn't be happier with the amazing paint work America's Auto Body did on my Jeep Cherokee. From start to finish, Jerry and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. America’s Auto Body exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and their service was top-notch. Had a great experience yesterday as a first-time customer with America's Auto Body. I stopped in to get a quote on damage to my bumper. Jerry was able to get me in right away, had one of the guys buff, patch and touch up my bumper at no charge...and i was on my way the same day. We had a front bumper repaired, and rear quarter panel repaired by America's Body on my wife's car that she owned for less than a week... Jerry W, the owner explained the entire process and scheduling, he listened carefully to our expectations and delivered beyond our wishes! I would recommend this shop to anyone, with any brand!
