I made an appointment the day before having tires installed. The tire guys were waiting for me. I just needed to decide what type of tire for the brand I wanted. The price was about what I expected. So all happy with service aliment to in and out in 30 minutes. Some tire shops do not have an aliment available. Make sure you check first.

The store is big and bullies customers! You might as well just charge for a tire repair. You call it a tire repair if you just randomly make a hole for free? It goes in the same way and comes out the same way! There's even an extra hole!

We went there to get the tire rotated and the technician check the tires and said they can do it. We waited for almost an hour and then the technician that would rotate the tire told.us he can't do it because the inside of the front tire was worn out to which we told them that and they said they can do it. We wasted 1 hour waiting for nothing. They just want you to buy new tires that's it. Would not go back there again.

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kyle. Despite being swamped with phone calls and a steady stream of customers, he was an absolute standout. He managed everything so smoothly, always staying calm, efficient, and professional. It's clear that Kyle was the reason things were running so seamlessly today—he kept everything moving and made sure every customer was taken care of. Truly impressive service!

My family has been going to this chain since I lived in Michigan, their discounts and prices really do seem unbeatable. It was wonderful to get to know them today, the staff were professional, and the Manager came out to meet us. He was super nice.
