My car got a flat from running over a wood screw and I was looking for a place to get it repaired quickly. Based on positive Yelp and Google reviews, I called America's Tire. A very friendly person on the other end said there was no wait if I wanted to stop by now. I told him I had an appointment and could come later in the day. So, he suggested calling first. I'm glad I did because by then, there were 11 people in their queue. I stopped by the next morning when they opened at 8am. Within 15 minutes, they repaired the leak free of charge! I've not used their services to purchase tires, but will definitely keep them top of mind when the time comes. Every employee I interacted with was very professional. And a special shout out to Milton who took care of me this morning and was very thorough in his inspection of all four tires and his recommendations for when I should be thinking about replacing them.

I came in for a flat tire. They told me they would not service my car without purchasing new tires as they claimed they were below the safe threshold without showing me the measurements. They will upsell you on tires as their employees get a commission on it. I left with 2 new uneeded tires and they did not even fix my flat they said they would look at once I purchased tires. Would not recommend.

This is one of the finest customer experiences you'll ever have. These folks know their business. I've still yet to be charged for a repair when I've had a nail or bolt in one of my tires! The wait times can be a bit long, but the service is absolutely worth it. They will also inflate your tires to the correct pressure for FREE - again, you just have to be a bit patient -- good customer service never goes out of style and everyone wants their share.

Friendly staff and good service at this location. Gave me helpful advice on a new set of tires. It can get crowded here, so make an appointment online ahead of time if you can. If you have a long wait, you can walk down the street a ways and hang out at the coffee shop.

Had an excellent time here. Came to get balance/rotation, but it's only free rotation for tires purchased from them, but Kevin inspected my tires and told me they were getting close to needing replacement (they were 5 years old, so fair). Decided to do research before purchasing and he didn't push to make a sale at all. Embarassingly, my battery died and I asked for help and Roberto helped me jump my car. Ordered new tires online within the week, got to the store in a few days and made an appointment, which took about an hour to install. Amazing team and service here and will definitely be my tire shop from now on!
