Great service, had a blowout on my travel and needed a replacement. I showed up at 7:00 on Saturday morning no appointment. Decided to be proactive and replaced all 4. Very reasonable prices and out the door in less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We had a tire going flatt stopped in at 4:45 pm on a Friday night needed my tire to be fixed. sign says 5 pm they closing early for no reason.a man in regular clothes came out with an attitude about oh it's not "set in stone 5 pm " and everything is shut down I'll have to charge you after hours to do it not 45 dollars butt 85 dollars what a rip off that place is. I gave them a 1 star hmmmm they shouldn't of even got that from me. Too all who go there at 4:45 pm on any given day expect an attitude and to be charged double for working on a tire. RUDE RUDE PEOPLE

We were traveling through Quarsideand had tire pressure issue. Bottom line, they could have told us we needed new tire and we would have believed him. We were at his mercy. That is not what happened. Found a nail, patched it and only charged us $30.

This is the second time that I have uses American Custom Tires. I am 99% delighted. I had a chronic low tire warning this year and the owner identified the culprit and remove a small nail. The previous year, he diagnosed a brake fluid leak and replace a line and caliper. Be aware that the business is BUSY during the winter and there can be quite a wait. I highly recommend this business.

Only when I stopped for gas on a road trip I noticed something sounded weird under my car. Saw this place across the street and hoped they could help. Waited about 30min and they just tightened some bolts and send me on my way. They even recalibrated my finicky dash sensors that were lying about my tire pressure. Great kind fast helpful service! Thank you!

I had a slow leek and first went in the afternoon. I was told they couldn't even look at the tire for an hour. OK no problem. I will be back in the morning at 7:00 when you open. Went back at 6:50am. Nobody there until 7:09. Rude young man asked me what I needed, like I shouldn't be there bothering him.Then he told me that this (24hr service) shop does not fix flat tires until 8:00am. He said he is too busy until 8:00. Maybe if he got to work on time he could have helped me. I am now at Southern Tire Mart, just down the road getting excellent customer service.

Well, I guess motorhomers are at the mercy of tire shops here in Quartzsite. We had a low tire and needed to see if the tire had a leak, or whatever. The manager told us in less than one sentence we had to wait for 2 to 3 hours. They were extremely busy, I get it! But more explanation for the customers please! I finally went in the shop and told him we really need to know what the outcome was with the tire. He went to check with the mechanic and told us what the problem was which wasn’t that bad, thank God! The mechanic Ragi was very nice when I talked to him. I don’t think I spelled his name correctly. Sorry. Anyway they gave us a very fair price. They probably need more help cause we realize it’s a very high stressed job. Thanks for fixing our tire problem at a reasonable price. We are staying in the desert with a long drive home, and needed to feel safe. Thankyou, Dave and Barb Murray.

They have done a great job on our dodge ram truck and 5th wheel, also oil change on my vw beetle. Fair prices great service. Great local business
