American Eagle Towing

5 Stars I recently had a tire blowout on the freeway and was so relieved when American Eagle Towing, dispatched by my USAA insurance, came to the rescue. The response was incredibly prompt and professional from start to finish. The driver, who I believe was named Justin (he had a lucky 777 tattoo on his wrist), was outstanding. He quickly got my vehicle off the freeway and safely to American Tire so I could get back on the road. His professionalism and calm demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you to Justin (if that is his name!) and the entire team at American Eagle Towing. Your service was top-notch, and I highly recommend you to anyone in need of reliable towing assistance!

Today, my Hybrid Sonata started manufacturing and cut off on the 57Fwy. It was towed to a safe place off the freeway. I called my insurance company, and they sent American Eagle Towing company to tow my vehicle to a repair facility. A tow guy named Bryan got off the truck and introduced himself. He was very courtesy and polite. He did a good job putting my vehicle on the flat bed. I rode with him to repair the shop he was professional and very helpful. Thank you, Bryan, for your service today. You were a life saver.

They towed my car and tried to say it didn't have a parking permit, but it did. Then they were rude and took their time to release the vehicle when my son had to get to work. My apartment manager had to call them several times, and we got into an argument. In the end they gave us the car and they couldn't charge us any fees because they saw the parking permit on the window. Their office lady is unprofessional and lacks people skills. Then I found out they were instructed not to tow any vehicles during Christmas because management knows the residents have people over during the holidays.

Worst towing experience, never do business with these people. They are scammers, First off they wouldn't let me see my car before paying CASH, let me repeat myself a CASH payment. Once I got to my car, the "PERMIT" in which they said were not visible was there and the front desk lady who has no clue what is going on, ran away and said there's nothing we can do. Never use this business they are here for one thing and that is the money, 513 dollars later just to have my car stolen from me.

Professional, polite & punctual is the best way to describe driver Bryan A. I needed a tow to get my car maintenanced at Firestone & Bryan showed up just on time. He was kind & cool. He made a not so great experience of needing my car towed into a pleasant one. This is exactly how all drivers should be. Thanks Bryan for an excellent towing experience. 10/10 He deserves a raise.
