I completely regret going to American Muffler. The owner, Steve, talks like a smart ass and talks extremely fast and thinks that would make it so you do not understand anything he is saying . I went for a simple muffler delete and he charged me an outrageous $250. It was all fine until the next day the exhaust had a rattle. His workers have no idea how to weld properly or put the exhaust back on properly. There were very low quality welds done. I expected a lot more for the amount I paid. I went back after a week to get it looked at. Steve put the car on the lift and began to look at it. He looked at it for 45 seconds and said there were no problems and I knew for a fact there were because I still have that rattle which I have to go fix at a different shop. He did a terrible job and didn’t want to fix it. Save your self the money and hassle and don’t go here.

Highly recommend American Muffler for all your custom or original exhaust including anything your car needs. Steve, the owner is extremely knowledgeable in determining and troubleshooting anything that might arise. Mechanics Al and Shawn is spot on with fixing, repairing or replacing parts. They are an asset to the company. Prices can't be beat!!! With that I give them 5 stars. Billy A.

Owner has a nasty attitude. Blamed me (the customer) for not being happy with the work done. At the end of the day he did not fix the actual problem. So i had an attitude. Blamed me because he explained to me the issue and i agreed and gave them the green light to work. I am not a mechanic or the professional soo i assume they knew what they were doing and agreed. Not going back.
