I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received! The prices were very reasonable, the service was expedited, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. Sal, the mechanic, took exceptional care of my vehicle and had me back on the road in no time. As a professional driver with 40 plus years of experience, I've had my fair share of dealings with mechanics. But I must say, this place stands out for its honest management and transparent pricing. You'll get the quality of service you'd expect from a dealership, but without the hefty price tag. Highly recommended!

Anyone looking for the highest customer service and Quality work... this is the place you want to go to. I needed some exhaust work done and Zack was very reassuring when I called before I arrived. The work was done fast and efficiently. And when finished the Quality was not compromised in anyway at all. Looking at those welds, I knew these professionals made sure the work would surpast a lifetime. I like supporting the local business. I came here because my muffler gave up over the weekend and I have this weird noise while driving. I paid 200 for a muffler and the labor and all in less than 20 mins. I felt like formula 1.

From the moment I came into the shop they greeted me as if I was an old friend. I got my car inspected at pep boys and they had a list of things that the car needed totaling over $2,000 I brought it to American muffler because they replaced my muffler last year for almost nothing compared to pep boys. Go to American muffler for all your auto needs if they can't do it they'll direct you to where you can go to get it done. I am so happy, with American muffler in Franklin square
