I've gotten my tires replaced there a few times and have had a good experience both times. They recommended a service my car needs, but said I can get the parts cheaper elsewhere, bring them in, and they'll only charge me for the labor. I appreciated that since money is an issue for me. They have always treated me fairly and respectfully.

I needed a tire rotation for my Tesla so I called and Gabriel told me to come in and that it would be free. I said “what’s the catch?” And he said there’s no catch and that maybe you will come back when you need tires eventually. I absolutely will come back for tires and so will my wife and my entire family. These guys are so cool, kind and competent. It’s a family run, ethical establishment with good prices. The reviews are no joke. This place is legit.

i ordered 4 tires from Tire Rack and had them sent to American Tire Depot. after the delivery, i made an appointment to have them install the tires, perform an alignment, and change the oil. the entire process was quick and smooth. everything was done in a little over an hour. the folks at ATD were courteous and efficient. great job.

Ordered my tires online, they showed up a few days later, and then made an appointment to have them installed. They told me about 1.5 hours and it took less than an hour. Here's where they went the extra mile!!! I wanted my old tires back as they are almost new so I asked them to put them in the back of my car. They took the time to break down boxes and line my car without asking to make sure the tires wouldn't get my car dirty! Super service, fast, good quality, and friendly!

Fast and extremely helpful. Went to fix a flat but unfortunately the inner side wall was too damaged so I had to buy a new one. My total time there was about 30 minutes or less. Very happy with their services.
