American Tire Depot

It’s not the first time I changed tires in here. It is my third time for my third vehicle. I always have the insurance for my tires, whenever I get a pay the wall is so good, but when I have a flat tire included in the warranty he’s asking me to wait for three hours or make an appointment for the next day, this is not a warranty to deal with, I had a flat tire and I fixed it in another American tire depot, it took me 10 minutes to fix it even if they had people. I understand if I have to take an appointment but to change a tire or found something bigger but for a flat tire screw in my tire that’s ridiculous to take an appointment or wait three hours.

WHAT AN AWESOME TIRE SHOP! Initially they were just going to help me to change flat tire with my spare tire for free but their positive energy and professionalism convinced me that I was in the right place. I ended up buying a pair for 2 two new tires with a surprised discount. Kevin is the real deal! He knows how to take care of his customers! Highly recommended and I usually don’t recommend any business… they also know how to work with Spanish customers too.

I’m delighted to recommend American Tire Depot. The staff is always courteous, professional and thorough. I have trusted all of my vehicles to American Tire Store since 2010 throughout California. Jorge was so helpful and prompt with my oil change service this week. I love that they offer a military discount too. Choosing them to help me restore my Mom’s vehicle is the best decision ever. Go to American Tore Depot at your earliest convenience.

I went in thinking I needed new tires because I honestly couldn’t remember when I got the ones I have. So George went and checked them for me and asked, ‘why do you need tires? Yours are fine.’ Yee Haw!! I was so happy! Unfortunately though, one had a slow leak in the sidewall. So the marvelous and very polite George ordered a new tire for me! I went in today and met the completely kind and professionals Kevin and Dom. Both very kind, helpful and professional. AND, they listened to a few minutes of my Don Rickles impression. The work was done quickly, professionally and sincerely the very best customer service. I highly recommend this company!! You should go there!!
