American West Tire was fantastic. We had our car packed with items for a trip to Texas. We found a slow leak in the back tire and took the car into AWT. They had it fixed in 45 minutes and it was free. Great service. Thanks again so much for getting us back on the road.

I had my car serviced with an oil change and filters, etc along with new tires completely around and of course, balanced. It did take all day which I was very surprised. After having to call them to check on the time they said they were waiting for the tires to be delivered because they didn't have the size in stock. They were given the size a week before so I was surprised they were waiting and they had my car all day from 8 am-4 pm. I felt they should have already had the tires or at least told me when the car was dropped off. But besides that, they did a great job, and with the new tires, my car is so much quieter and smooth. They balanced them great. I'm very happy with the care they took and was surprised with the total amount ($) of the bill I thought it would have been higher. I'm very glad to have had my car serviced here. Will use them again.

I used to rave about the service I received at this place. Always recommended them to my friends and family. I just learned that they were bought out and let me tell you it is apparent. My first appointment with them since and when I went there was an air of salesy tactics and insincerity that make me want to run and then I get a call from an employee telling me to bring my car in when it’s already there for service. I returned his call and it went to a big brand tire phone number first. I might need to find a new car place and I’m so sad and disappointed.
