Anacapa Auto Body & Paint is the best! I needed a repair and my insurance company kept sending after markets parts, often damaged, instead of my car makers actual parts. Kayla would deal with them on the phone and then again their would send after market parts. Kayla didn't give up; finally after back and forth many times and repeated phone calls the insurance company sent the actual new parts. Kayla and her father John run a great, high quality repair shop. I am so glad I found them.

Wow, John goes above and beyond. This was the best car repair experience i’ve ever had. John truly cares about the work he does and the customer. He stands by his hard work and you can tell it’s his passion to make sure a job is complete to his high standard. God forbid i get in another accident, If so i’m bringing my car straight John. Thanks to him and Mikala this was a great experience.

I don't typically write reviews but after being in the situation I was I thought this would help other searching for a trustworthy and honest auto body shop. John is not just a mechanic but he truly has a kind heart and will work with you to sort out any issue you have. It's rare to find people who don't just prioritize money but care about the quality of work they do and customers they serve. He turns a bitter situation to something more bearable and even something you can look forward to. Don't waste your time researching other auto body shops.
