Anderson Ford Service Center

The service department did a great job. I had a new ‘24 Explorer that was making a thumping noise up front. I’d only had the car a month. Turns out the front suspension evidently has a known issue from the factory. The my gave me a loaner to drive. The parts were on back order from Ford so they had the car for 4 weeks. It seems to be all good now after they replaced the entire from suspension. My only concern is that is this something that might happen again? Time will tell.

The sales staff and financing department were both very helpful. I came in knowing what I wanted and Jerry did what he could to make that as easy and affordable as possible without trying to redirect or upsell me.

The people at Anderson Ford are as nice as they come! My salesman worked hard to close the deal on the new Mustang I was I interested in. Later he even picked me up at my house so I didn’t have to drive two cars. Some confusion on their web site about instant savings but Shane worked with me to get a deal done and make some things right. Much appreciated!! I’m excited about finding the car of my dreams and look forward to many years of enjoyment! Thanks guys!

They are very knowledgeable. The only major problem and I think it’s for every establishment: the wait. I took my truck there on a Thursday and they didn’t give me a response til Monday. Which isn’t bad at all compared to Greenville. I just wish there was a way to leave it and be inspected the day it was dropped off even if it requires to make an appointment. They also weren’t too detailed as to what May happen if a part doesn’t get replaced. But other than that they did a good job.

Chris Cooper tech guy came to my home to service my Ford Edge for a recall. From the moment Chris got out of his vehicle…he was very pleasant. Very polite and efficient young man. I had to call again the next day because my car would not start. Some type of glitch when it was reprogrammed. Again, when he came out this afternoon, he was quick to respond and Again, I was so impressed with Chris’s pleasant nature and efficiency. He also took the time to Answer a couple of other questions I had. And Heather, the service manager was equally as pleasant And efficient with getting me scheduled for service And addressing the Issues I was having. Service was quick and on time.
