Service done on time. I was able to get complimentary cup of designed coffee of my choice. Super fast I didn't even open the book I brought for reading. Customer service is polite. Immediately show me where to pull up to, where to wait and more important they are smiling. It looks like they have done it before and want to be at their work place. Thank you Anderson Honda!!!

The customer service was great everyone super friendly. However I took the vehicle in for regular service and for a factory recall on the fuel pump do to it possibly being faulty and causing smog emissions maintenance light to appear which we never had that issue but it’s a recall part. After the service the new recall part that was put in caused the smog emissions light to appear. I called back to have the car seen and now I was told there are no appointments until after the weekend. Just upsetting cause now it’s time out of my day to return the vehicle because the new part placed in my vehicle was faulty or installed incorrectly. I understand it’s a recall service with no charge but it’s the time out of my day and now being unable to drive my car for a few days until it is seen again.

Fine maintenance service. Got the job time. But I can't give five stars due to this small detail. I was servicing my Honda Pilot here at 16k miles. Previously at 7.5k miles with another Honda dealership, I got its Rear Differential Oil changed. But it was not in the computer system I guess. Then the expert at Honda Anderson text messaged me saying, quote the original exact text: "your technician is finishing up on your service. he did flag the rear differential fluid for being dirty. that one is normally done at 15K miles." I went back to the Honda Anderson service department and asked why it was "dirty". The expert at the desk said something like that's the technician told him. Then I told the expert that I already changed that at 7.5k miles half year ago, and showed him the receipt. Then the expert went to the printer, printed a new service recommendation, discarding the original one. He said he removed that differential fluid change from the recommendations and printed the new one. Then I asked again what's the service recommendation based upon, he said it's only on mileage. I asked then why you first said it's due to the visual inspection "for being dirty"? I didn't get very satisfying answers. I hope this is just a small misunderstanding. Also I feel scared. This differential fluid change recommendation happened to be something that I clearly understand, which I just changed. If it's something that I don't understanding, such as them calling out some important parts for being "dirty" and recommend me a service, what should I do? What/who should I trust?

Fast efficient service. They are friendly and address any issues that brought you in. I remember all oil changes used to get you a multi point inspection on the vehicle which I appreciated. I am not sure if they do that anymore though. Really busy location that prefers appointments vs drop ins. The wait area tv barely has channels that works. Wifi is good and they provide coffee and a vending machine.

I would have given a much lower rating than 1 if I had the option. My recent experience with this service center has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share the details so others can make an informed decision. Time: When I made the appointment for 10 AM, I was told that the service would be completed within an hour, and I’d be able to drive away shortly after. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours just for the inspection and the initial discussion with the service executive. After that, the actual service took another hour. In total, I lost half of my day waiting, which is completely unacceptable. Service Experience: This was hands down the worst service I’ve received. I had booked a routine check-up, which included a multipoint inspection, engine health check, fluid replacements, and brake replacement. Despite all these checks and the supposed thoroughness of the service, within just one week, I am now facing serious issues with the engine struggling to start. I reached out to the service team to report the issue, and instead of addressing the problem or taking responsibility, they told me I would need to bring the car back for another service—and pay additional charges for it. This is completely ridiculous, as the issue should have been identified and resolved in the first place during the service. Overall Impressions: Once, this service center was known for providing decent and reliable service. However, it is clear now that there has been a significant degradation in the quality of service over time. The lack of accountability and refusal to address an issue they should have caught during the initial service is extremely frustrating. I will be reconsidering where I take my car for future services and would not recommend this place to others based on my recent experience. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional
