Unfortunately, I had to deal with this place two times. I had an accident in January 2024, and man, they made it so hard for me to get into my car. It's a long story, but I moved from New York State and I had not gotten the Montana license. I just wanted to get into my car to get my belongings, not only were the two women in the trailer not accommodating, they did informed me that I needed either the title or registration, and I did not have either. They were quite rude about it. I said listen, all I want to do is get in there and get my stuff how about if I leave you my purse and my license, can I do that? They said no and very rude about it. I got another car after that, and 6 weeks later, a guy that fell asleep at the wheel hit me at the corner of Baxter and davis, and totaled my brand new red Ford escape. car. That time, they were nice and accommodating.

I cannot thank enough the lovely gentleman who just assisted me with a lockout on my Volkswagen. He was a wonderful professional, very efficient, professional, and provided expert service. I was back in my car in about 2 minutes. He had to drive over an hour to help me and I know it was not a fun thing to do on a dark winter night but he provided me service with a smile and got me on the road to my family. I am grateful for kind and courteous people like him.

The Gentleman who came to unlock my pick was cheap entertainment. Real nice guy . Have used Anderson town multiple times. Was the only company that would come out on a Sunday evening in January to pull my pickup off Harrison lake beach

Very quick service! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and I filed a claim through my insurance. Within 20 minutes I received a call that the technician was on their way! I said I would make my way over but I needed to arrange a ride. They were so generous as to give me a ride over and they unlocked my car within minutes. Very kind and efficient service!

I again was dead batteried lol and I called for backup. Anderson towing was at my rescue so fast and my hero was Anthony. Super down to earth, funny as ever; extremely compassionate and absolutely professional. He had amazing things to say about his company and you can tell he loves his job...
