Wow! 🤩 Amazing customer service . I was stranded at my work in the parking lot after my shift with a dead battery . Andy came and saved the day with a jump start and installed a new battery within 30 minutes . Greg also helped me upon arrival with a quote on auto service and answered all my questions when they were both really busy. Great experience, awesome guys ! Thanks Andy and Greg . Katie

First time I went to Andy’s was to open the hood of my car! Someone had opened and slammed it shut with my engine cover in it. They didn’t charge me. So when my brakes needed attention they did on short notice and charged less then their competitors! 5 star service!

We were 2.5 hrs from home and our car decided to quit on us. My husband called Andy's Auto Service in Onalaska, in the hopes of getting some answers & help. And boy, did we. What a great business owner, and honest kid with such wonderful work ethic. Without knowing the problem he "guesstimated" it may be the alternator, and could cost anywhere from $300-$700 to fix. We didn't care. We just wanted it fixed. He came, got the car, and took it back to his shop. We received a call from him saying that he did some testing on it, and it just needed a new battery. He got it all taken care of and had us back on the road in an hour. The world needs more honest, hard working people in it, like this young man.
