Angelenos Service - AAA Affiliated

This may be a slightly long winded review, but suffice to say the good folks at Angelenos, Nancy in particular, went above and beyond to help me out of a difficult predicament. If you want the rest of the story read on... I was pet sitting in Palisades when the fire of 2025 started. As I'm evacuating the area, sitting in gridlocked traffic my engine died and will not restart. Some nice folks helped push the car off to the side of the road and I was able to walk to safety with 2 small dogs. A week later I try to get the car towed out and AAA put the call out to Angelenos. As I'm speaking to Nancy she had one of her drivers go to the checkpoint and try to get access, but he was denied. Approximately 2 weeks after that 1st attempt I call AAA again and (luckily for me) they put the call out to Angelenos again. This time I call Angelenos and ask to speak to Nancy, who remembered me from the 1st time. Again Nancy worked with me since I was not a Palisades resident and could not get access to be with the car when the truck arrived. I know getting a car stuck for a few weeks isn't a big deal compared to the families that have lost everything, but I feel a huge dept of gratitude to Nancy and the drivers at Angelenos. They are courteous, professional and very competent.

Angelenos has been absolutely great to work with! Since my first interaction everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Nancy and Irma in the office are always friendly and accommodating and make sure I’m taken care of. Mike is great and put in so much effort trying to diagnose my car while explaining everything to me so everything was very transparent. I will definitely be coming back and recommending!

Chris, a supervisor for Angelanos paid impeccable attention to detail in ensuring my car; which was already low to the ground, did not encounter any damage after having a completely flat tire. Accordingly based upon this experience I would highly recommend this company.

Do not use this towing company. They are the worst. They damaged my car with a dent and major scratches and have denied my claim for repair. They did offer complimentary buffing which tells me they know they caused the damage. The absolute WORST adjuster and don’t get me started on NANCY… AWFUL

As someone who understands very little about cars, I was politely asking questions to try to better understand what my car needed. I was hung up on. One woman laughed at my question and put me on hold mid-laugh without saying anything. Incredibly unprofessional. AAA, please affiliate with more professional companies.
