I wouldn't normally come to buy a chevy, but fortunately they had a used 2021 Toyota corolla that I've been searching for in good clean state and low mileage. Emlyn was my sales person that helped me so much with this process as it was my first time buying a car. We were able to get a great monthly finance plan and with a low APR rate. Even after closing the deal, she has been helpful in staying in contact and helping me with my concerns and questions that came up. Overall, I'm thankful I got a great customer service experience from Emlyn.

Kevin Virdi is a very good sales consultant, he was prompt for our appointment, showed us some beautiful models. Ultimately, we left with a ‘25 Traverse RS, just gorgeous, Stardust Metallic, just gorgeous.

The staff here really help to go above and beyond in helping you find the right vehicle! I had come in late with a trade and the staff had even stayed longer than closing to make sure that the deal was done! Kevin is a wonderful sales man and was super patient with me while I was trying to find the correct truck. Alex and James were also amazing at helping to make the deal go faster and to make sure I felt comfortable with this purchase! I felt like everyone involved was more than attentive to what I was asking for and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I definitely left feeling taken care of by everyone involved! Thank you guys so much!

Bad experience. Long story short is that the sales person name Jesus hit on me while I was test driving the car saying I was cute. When he was too busy focusing on me he didn’t tell me that there was smoke coming out of the car after I had bought it. So then I tried to get it exchanged the sales person and the sales Manager said that there’s no other car that can put me in my range. So then I went Services came to find out that the engine is totally bad that I would need a whole new engine to fix mind you I haven’t even got a chance to drive my new car at all since it’s been in the shop. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this one at period. And then the sales manger said that only one person drove this car officially they took good care of it officially not! If the engine has to be replaced. So again I would not recommend they are not honest.

It appears that they were in a rush to do a quick service and leave for the Christmas holiday, although they were supposed to close at 16:30 and I brought my car at 09:30. I asked to readjust the front side bumper which came dislodged from its seating (it was literally a 5 minutes job) and they didn't even look at it. Asked to redo a high voltage battery calibration and I was told I should have left the car for a week, since there was no battery expert. How can a car dealer providing a monopoly of service in the area not have a battery expert on duty all the times with all growing electric cars? Standard AV Chevrolet mediocre quality service. I used this service center because I had to, will go to Valencia next time around.
