I can not tell you enough, how amazing Congress Motors is; Congress Motors service is exemplary! As soon as you walk into you feel right at home they greet you with a smile, that is genuine and sincere, their workplace is spacious and very modern you can tell they got the right tools to get the job done right the first time. They explain the process concisely and thoroughly, they give you updated phone calls so you never feel overwhelmed, confused or lost; especially if you got into your first accident, that is important because trust me, it's stressful. They even go beyond the call of duty to help you with your insurance claim and if you find yourself in an event where finances are tight like I did, they even help with your deductible, Wow! As for peace of mind, Congress Motors guarantees if you do not like the work they did they (which I promise you you will) will do it over until you are 100% satisfied; Congress stands by their word. Not only did they fix the damages to my car, they even detailed it; it looks like it just came off the showroom floor, inside and out looks impeccable. My car (18' Red Honda Civic Hatch is back to being a head turner. I definitely recommend everyone and anyone who wants great customer service, a stress-free process, fast and reliable service, a place that can accommodate your needs and request and top notch car care to put their faith, trust and car in Congress Motors hands. I promise you, you will not be sorry. I had a great experience with Congress Motors. I found them online and after reading reviews, I decided to give them a try. I dealt with Jackie and she was very informative and always kept me updated. Their location is easy to find, and the office is very spacious. My car looked brand new again after Congress Motors repaired it. Great service!! I am satisfied!!

Just wanted to thank Jeffrey and Billy for the amazing work they did on my Subaru Legacy 2017. I had he entire drivers side of the car more or less replaced . The work they did was phenomenal , it looks like it came straight out of the dealership. Jeffrey was especially attentive to the detail they put into fixing my car , it took a bit to get it back but it was well worth the wait . I would definitely recommend this place for all your auto collision repairs .

If you want to be treated like family, and on top of that get excellent service ,and the best work done in your car, then congress motors is the place for you. Jeffrey made sure that the work performed on my car was of great quality and that was completed in a timely manner .Jesus and Vanessa at the front desk are the definition of excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to them whenever my car needs repairs.
