I came in for an oil change last week the next day my drain plug popped out of my oil pan while I was driving and I blew up my motor. Another customer came in for an oil change and they did not tighten his oil filter and there was oil leaking everywhere. Do not bring your car to this shop. They do not know what they are doing here this place cost me thousands of dollars and now I have to hire an attorney.

The owner buys used parts on eBay and tries to return the parts under false reasons in hopes of getting a free part and not having to return the item. A very poor excuse of a person, trying to screw over others for his personal gain. I wouldn't trust my car with a person who has such low personal morals or standards. Very dishonest. How do I know this? I have proof. In the past year, you've had at least 32 purchases from eBay. I wouldn't say anything if I didn't know.

The owner person won’t hesitate to sit on the driver seat with working pants; speaking in a mean manner; Seems full of pressure on something. Does it behave quite differently from time to time? Or from customer to customer? Interesting.

My car was making a pulsating noise while braking. The mechanic drove my car and actually tried to understand what is the cause of problem. Not many mechanics do that. He changed the front brake pads and rotors. Labor was slightly expensive but still worth the quality of service. A mechanic from a different brand wanted me to change multiple parts of the brake that were not even necessary and just take my money. However the people at Anza service Inc are honest and friendly.

Everyone wants a quick and painless smogcheck experience. And that's what I got at Anza Service. This location is very convenient for me. I called to make sure that they could accommodate me, and they said it was ok to come in before they closed at 6pm. It cost $59.95, but after the smog cert, DMV fees, and tax- it came out to just under $100. I got there at 5:15pm and I was driving away again at 5:30pm. Awesome!
